Why is my video not live?

We require a minimum of 5 photos to create a video. You can add new photos either in your CRM system or you can login to app.videopunch.co, find your listing in the ‘Videos’ tab, choose ‘Options’ and then ‘Edit Video’. In here you are easily able to add, remove or change around the order of your images for this listing. Just remember, these changes will only affect the video for this listing.

Timing, we may have only just received the data for this listing, give us 20-30 minutes to build a video for this and we will push it live for you.

We may not have integration for you or your office, you will be emailed the video links so will need to paste this into your relevant CRM to be pushed to your live portals.

How do I access the ‘Unlimited Video’ package?

Our Unlimited Videos package is a monthly subscription for your Office or Agent where we will build all of your videos automatically without you needing to confirm each one.

To get started on this package, please email kyle@punchgroup.co with the subject ‘I am interested in Unlimited!’ and we will be able to get you started right away.

I can’t seem to login, how do I fix this?

Login using your email and password via app.videopunch.co

If you have forgotten your password, simply click ‘Forgot Password’ and you will receive an email to reset this.

If you have not had an account created for you then first read “I can’t see a certain agent’s listings or how do I set up a new agent?” or else you can email hello@punchgroup.co or call us on NZ 09 869 7325 – AUS 029 136 7218 and we can have them setup for you very quickly.

I can’t see a certain agents listings or how do I set up a new agent?

This will depend on if we have integration with your CRM system. We have complete integration with the following CRM systems:

MyDesktop, H1, Property Suite, Rex Software & RealNZ

If you use the above then you will just need to ‘tick the box to send us that agents listing. When we receive their data we will automatically create an account for that agent and they will be visible in the ‘Videos’ table.

If you do not use the above CRM’s or do not have integration with VideoPunch then you can email hello@punchgroup.co or call us on NZ 09 869 7325 – AUS 029 136 7218 and we can have them setup for you very quickly.

 

How do I get a Professional Voice Over added to my video?

Simply login to your VideoPunch account by visiting app.videopunch.co

From there, find your listing or video in the ‘Videos’ section, found in the left green menu. Simply choose ‘Options’ for that listing and then ‘Add Voiceover’.

We will automatically populate the script with the description, however, we advise to edit this for spoken word. We also advise keeping the script to 80-100 words to keep the video to 60 seconds.

I have submitted my script for a Professional Voice Over, how long will it take?

Once you have submitted your script for our Professional Voice Over Artists this will go in to their queue.

When this is in their queue it can take anywhere between 24 and 48 hours.

If it has taken longer than this please let us know by emailing the Listing ID and when you expected the completed video to hello@punchgroup.co. We will be able to help you out or let you know what has happened.

Can I use my video on social media or other platforms?

We have two videos available for you, one is our ‘Web Video’ and the other ios our BRAND NEW ‘Social Video’, which has been created to draw attention from a potential buyer while they scroll through Facebook or LinkedIn. It is in a square format to take up more space on mobile and is a shorter more eye-catching video.

You can load either video to your Social Media platforms but we do advise creating the Social Video if you want to gain more attention. To see how to create this new Social Video, see “Make use of our BRAND NEW Social Specific Video!” in our Tips & Tricks section.

When you have built a new video for your listing VideoPunch will send you an email with two links. One is your YouTube link and the other is your MP4 link.

These links can be applied on any other sites you choose.

You can showcase this on social media or via email campaigns, you have full use of this video to get maximum exposure!

 

A quick guide on the best way to post to your Facebook page:

  • Download the MP4 video attached
  • Open your Facebook
  • Click Share a photo or video or Photo/Video at the top of your Page’s timeline
  • Click Upload Photos/Video and select the saved MP4 video from your computer
  • Add a title for your video at the top, an optional description and tags (these help promote your video)
  • Click the sections in the right column to add more information to your video (example: thumbnail, distribution and subtitles)
  • Click Publish

 

To edit a video on your Page:

  • Click Publishing Tools at the top of your Page
  • Click Video Library on the left
  • Click to check the box next to the video you want to edit
  • Click Actions at the top and select Edit Video….
  • Edit your video and click Save

Make use of our BRAND NEW Social Specific Video!

Our new Social Specific Video product has been created to draw attention from a potential buyer while they scroll through Facebook or LinkedIn. It is in a square format to take up more space on mobile and is a shorter more eye-catching video.

We have made sure there is little to no work needed from yourself, leave it all with us and we will automatically with, one-click create a video for you. Just follow these steps:

1) Login to app.videopunch.co
2) Click ‘Video Builder’
3) Choose ‘Existing Listing’
4) Find the listing you want to build a Social Video for, click ‘Options’ and then ‘Create Facebook Video
5) Make sure to fill in all the fields to get the most out of the video
6) Confirm & Build
Easy as that! You will be emailed links for your newly created Social Video as soon as it is built.

Tips for Professional Voice Over Scripts!

At the end of the day, a good script shouldn’t be a simple list of features for the property. Instead, it’s a way to convey your enthusiasm for the property to its potential buyer. That means your own personality and feelings should be evident, just as they would if you were talking to a potential buyer face to face.

 

  • If you were to copy and paste the description from the website please check the script is OK to be voiced not just to be read from the website. No bullet points or lists etc. Scripts need to be a maximum of 200 words to keep the length around 1 minute otherwise the browser will lose interest.
  • Pronunciation of names if you think they may be difficult – please spell them out eg Papatoetoe (papa-toey-toey)
  • While keeping the script professional, don’t be afraid to use colloquial language. eg “there’s room to swing cats” in a spacious home. Important to be yourself.
  • A good script should also help the potential buyer visualise the benefits of the property, instead of having to deduce them from a long list of features. Ideally, you’ll know what appeals to a particular buyer so you can tailor a script to them personally. But if not, emphasise the features that are generally sought after by all buyers – interior sunlight, space, facilities etc.
    • “.. has good sea views” to “Wake up the sight of the rising sun shimmering on the open water. A splendid stretch of coastline is right there outside your window.”
    • Instead of merely describing something as “good”, why not use “excellent”, “brilliant”, “marvellous”, “outstanding”, “superb”, “fantastic”, “impressive” etc.

 

Potential buyers can easily tell if someone’s trying to pull the wool over their eyes. If a particular house isn’t that nice, an alternative is to write about something more generic, for example, the suburb the house is in, school zones etc. Bottom line, find something positive about each product you’re trying to sell, but don’t make things up that aren’t true!

contemporary style and rustic charm. It’s an entertainer’s delight with spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. With wonderful lake and mountain views on your front doorstep, you’ll feel splendidly isolated, but town is just a few minutes away.

Value for Money – almost new and with a St Andrews park address, a location and a standalone home like this does not come around often.

Recommendations to shoot Intro & Outro videos

Below are our recommendations for your Intro & Outro videos for shooting. This will enable the video to be easily loaded into the VideoPunch platform to add in any listing video of your choice.
– All files to be mp4 files
– All files are best set at 25 frame/second
– All files must be filmed at 16:9 ratio
– Audio levels -6 db
– All files must be a maximum of 10MB
Our recommendation is a 15 second top and a 10 second tail.
Below is an example Intro & Outro for a Ray White Agent. Just bear in mind that you can film in front of a white screen and it doesn’t require an animation of the agent’s name.
